[SPF Classic] DNS attacks

In "Security Considerations", replace "A malicious attacker could
poison a target's DNS cache with spoofed DNS data" by "A malicious
attacker could attack the DNS infrastructure (see RFC 3833 for a
description of the DNS weaknesses and RFC 2535 for a possible
solution)". And add these RFC as a reference.
