Odd, now I can resolv www.ftc.gov? Maybe the US gov was down? :)
I could resolve www.opm.gov during the down time.
I could meet after hours I think. People may be hungry by then, maybe a
place to get food?

ITEF - $500, too much for me. I have the time, but no $. Also not a

Perhaps an off-site after-hours rendezvous of interested parties could
be done instead? Since SPF isn't a part of the agenda, this might be
better so no one misses out on a session that's on the agenda during
the day.
If no one else here is familiar with DC, I can try to suggest a place
if there's enough interest from people to attend and state a preferred
setting.
My DNS server can't resolv ftc.gov, or www.ftc.gov? Is the url
correct?
ftc.gov has no A record, but www.ftc.gov resolves to 164.62.7.30....
