Anyone can give me the directions of Roger Moser ?

I would like to get more informations about .DLL for implementation on
Windows. No DOC´s available !
The documentation is in the file RMSPF.H.
Please, Roger Moser, if you are reading spf-help tell us how to
implementing DLL for windows !!!
I have not subscribed to spf-help.
My DLL is meant for developpers of mail programs only. If you are a user of
a mail program, then the DLL is of no use for you.
