[NEWS] MSNBC - Microsoft revises anti-spam standard

There are a set of specs on the Microsoft web site at

http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/twc/privacy/spam_senderid_downloads.mspx

They claim to be draft-lyon-senderid-core-00 and
draft-lyon-senderid-pra-00 although they don't seem to have shown up
in the ID archives yet.

A lot of stuff is defined by reference to draft-lentczner-spf-00,
rather than by duplicating that document.
