IMHO This depends on the application.

If Grandma only wants to know if the email is a probable forgery,
"Probably", "Probably not" and "Can't tell" will be enough.

I wouldn't completely destroy the information.  You may want to
keep it somewhere in the background, waiting for the moment that
grandma asks "why", "are you sure" and "Why can't you tell".

The best thing to do is probably to have a computer to human
translation available.  "The computer used to send this message
is not allowed to use the `%o' name."  (see macro expansion).
