Re: Broken Mail Servers...

I got a reply from them. (this is part)

"Thanks for your concern and suggestion to our long time flagship product, the AIMC email server, which occupies near 70% market share of Telecom-scale email service provider.

online.ln.cn is one of our early customers, using our early version of AIMC. The feature could be at least turned off if needed. We can try to give them the recommendation."

Well I guess if AIMC put this feature into their mail servers they want to break their customers email. And 70% of the Market they say they have???

Looking at my log files.. Seems that the email server than
online.ln.cn uses is broken in respect to SRS.
[...]
dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: 451 Mail data invalid, ignored. The sender
in mailbody is "ZZZZZ(_at_)XXXXX(_dot_)co(_dot_)nz" while MAIL FROM is
"SRS0=aXqApAKo=PQ=XXXXX(_dot_)co(_dot_)nz=ZZZZZ(_at_)YYYYY(_dot_)co(_dot_)nz"

That mail server probably doesn't accept much email from mailing lists
either. Just about everyone uses VERP now a days.
