with some delay, the SPF Council would like to give you notice of its
formal approval[1] of your assignment as the managers of the spf-discuss
and spf-help mailing lists, respectively. This gives you the authority
you need to moderate these lists at your discretion, in cooperation with
Meng, who is the owner of these two lists.
Should you encounter any situation in which you feel that additional,
specific authority would be needed for actions that you deem appropriate,
please feel free to contact the council publicly or privately through the
