No. I'm saying that if the mail can't be rejected due to SPF during the
SMTP session, then it shouldn't be bounced. It should be delivered.
Something to a valid receipt to with an SPF fail is deliverable. The
question is should it be delivered. If receipt to fails (and it's not
deliverable), that's not an SPF question.
