Sorry, but the last version available for download (1.2.0pre1) does
NOT compile at all (at least not under VC6 or VS2003) as there are
many symbols NOT declared. There are several files missing in this
distribution.
Version 1.0.4 does compile and run.

And I think that is the version in question in the original post.

On Jan 31, 2005, I imported libspf2 v1.0.4 into our company's development
repository, which was the one which IIRC was referred to then on the
libspf2 site.

It compiled well enough and some tests written on my own worked, and
we'll soon test-drive it in real operation.
