One more reason why I think your approach is unwise is because until
rogers.blackberry.net has an SPF record, users sending through the other
services you listed will still be hit with PermError, even if their
service does publish an SPF record.
The current schlitt draft specifies that when recursive mechanisms like
include result in 'none', they are to throw 'PermError'.
So, you will have to manually observe those ISPs and list the includes
in the order they publish SPF records. So really you're not gaining as
much as you think by making your record more expensive now. Perhaps a
little false security, but that's about it.
