Link rot on spf.pobox.com

I'm getting different people complaining/reporting the dead link
on spf.pobox.com/wizard.html

"When you've put these records into your DNS, register at the SPF registry."

where "register at the SPF registry." is a link to 
http://www.infinitepenguins.net/SPF/register.php

Any chance of removing this link from the page?
