In <NGBBLEIJOEEEBMEIAPBKKEPGIBAA(_dot_)scott(_at_)kitterman(_dot_)com> Scott
Kitterman <spf2(_at_)kitterman(_dot_)com> writes:

I ran across an interesting SPF record yesterday in the course of helping
someone who had written in to the spf.pobox.com site. The record had:

include:spf.trusted-forwarder.org

[...]

I'm curious what other's think of this idea.

I think it is a reasonable thing to do, if they really want to change
the whitelisting of forwarders from a receiver policy to a sender
policy. As stated on the T-FWL webpage, it *WILL* eventually go away,
but not for several years at the soonest.

It is a near term solution then for domains having to much trouble getting
forwarded mail rejected (I'm not to worried about it for my domain, but I
know others are).

I suspect that eventually is going to end up being a really long time.

Thanks,

Scott K
