Manual Resent-* test (was: "Header Reordering", yet again)

X-Resent-Test: most of GMaNe's header stripped, Resent-To emulated by Bcc

No problem with a manual test, GMaNe has some magic to handle
(apparent) X-Posts, it fixes the Message-ID:
