spf global or not

On the spf helpers box we received a request asking
for a german website and software.

So, for the wish list for the future webmaster: please
consider german, french, catalan and simplified chinese
as languages to choose from in order to reach as many
people as possible.

Hey, just passing a message through; I'm happy with
english-only.
