There's definitely a single quote there - at least in the DNS server itself.
I definitely think that it's a bug somewhere, especially as up until now
spf.pobox.com saw it as valid and functional, but some others didn't accept
it. Now I removed the quote entirely and now it works perfectly. (Windows
DNS server)
