No, spf2.0/pra is perfectly okay if you want a PRA-policy.
they both pass when sending to check-auth(_at_)verifier(_dot_)port25(_dot_)com
v=spf1 is about SMTP HELO and MAIL FROM (aka Return-Path),
spf2.0/pra is roughly about Sender: or From: in your mail.
If you are on any mailing list where you're not sure that
it uses its own (Resent-) Sender: or Resent-From PRA might
not work for you.
