Forwarding is a non-issue here.  That is because forwarding is something
that mail receivers do to themselves, and we don't forward to ourselves.

If you are a mail receiver, and you like to forward to yourself from
various aliases on other MTAs, then *checking* SPF will be somewhat
more complex.  You will have to account for those forwarded aliases.
You either have to know all the IP addresses that your aliases may
be forwarded from, or the MTAs implementing your aliases must use SRS.

Or you could just not check SPF - but you can still publish.

Or you can check SPF, but not reject just because the result is FAIL.
