Based on the results of #8, we should determine if we want to appeal
to the IAB about the IESG's questionable decision, or how to proceed
otherwise.
Please make it clear at your meeting (or in agenda directly) that appeal
must go not to IAB but to IESG chair first and then to IESG as whole
or only then if appeals are denied to IAB.
