Can't is a strong word. Personally, I don't have any problem with it.
There is more than one way to solve the forwarding problem. SRS is one.
SES + exists: is another. Receivers should whitelist forwarders from
SPF checks.
There are certainly domains for which -all is problematic. There are
also those for which it's not.
