I hereby certify that the election was completed within accepted guidelines,
and that the results above are true and complete.
If there are any disputes, please email me ASAP. I will respond to any
disputes and the council will vote on how to resolve them. Any disputes must
be sent by Wednesday 25-Jan 23:59 UTC. If you don't receive a reply from me,
to acknowledge the dispute, I recommend sending it again and copying the four
other outgoing council members to ensure that at least one of us receives it
by the deadline.
If there are no disputes, or if all disputes are resolved successfully by the
current council, the new council should start its term on Mon 30-Jan.
