the USEFOR definition?
It doesn't exclude singleton TLDs (see my other message posted
before I saw this), but that's not necessary for SPF, we don't
care about single <alpha>, it's only an issue for ICANN later.
This beast should work for our purposes, Two lines shorter
than USEFOR, and IMO better than prose ABNF with a pointer to
an informative RFC 3696 (as a comment 3696 is of course fine).
