I'm fairly new round these parts - but i am confident that I've picked
up enough from you guys to help handle some of the mind-numbing support
requests at least ;-)

Perhaps more importantly it is however to communicate that we could
use some more volunteers who are knowledgeable about the project and
motivated enough about SPF to go through the sometimes mind-numbing
or offensive support requests we get.
