...the support team!
As a result of recent efforts by the council to make visible all the
people involved in the spf project, a page has been set up on the
new website about the support team.
For those who did not know it yet, the feedback users enter in the
web form (http://new.openspf.org/Contact) is being organised in a
customer support system (rt from http://bestpractical.com), and a
small team of volunteers work hard to answer these tickets.

This announcement has two main purposes: for one it is a RFC
(request for comments) on the page.
Perhaps more importantly it is however to communicate that we could
use some more volunteers who are knowledgeable about the project and
motivated enough about SPF to go through the sometimes mind-numbing
or offensive support requests we get.
