This question came up on the Spamassassin Users mailing list and I
thought I would ask the experts here what they thought.
How are domains that publish records that cover the entire IP address
range dealt with.
Example,
"v=spf1 ip4:51.0.0.0/2 ip4:66.0.0.0/2 ip4:145.0.0.0/2 ip4:245.0.0.0/2
-all"
That's a proper SPF record. This is why SA doesn't give points to SPF
PASS.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was asking in a more general
way, not in relation to Spamassassin which I know does not score on
PASS.
Given that this is a valid record and short of blacklisting the
domain in question, is there anything in the SPF spec to deal with
this abuse?
