I was wondering if there is a way to store template name in
the variable and then call template.
Saxon has an extension to do this (saxon:allow-avt on
xsl:call-template). But Dimitre Novatchev's FXSL library achieves the
same effect in a standard (albeit extremely inventive) way using
xsl:apply-templates.
