I don't quite get your answer.
I think you confused the helpers:-)
It would heled if you'd clarified whether you didn't get an fo:table in
the resulting fo (ie a problem with the XSLT) or didn't get a printed
table in the output (ie a problem with the generated fo)
I think it was the latter, and probably it's
width="100"
width="50"
I think widths need a unit.
