You're referencing an undefined entity.
is defined in HTML, but not in XML. XML only defines:
< > ' " &
If you want any other entities, you will have to define them yourself.
Alternatively, just use the character reference directly ( ). If
you have <xsl:output> set to HTML, then the chances are that the
serialiser will write this out as in your output stream. Or it
might write it as   or   but it doesn't matter, they're all
the same in HTML.
