I tried methods suggested thus far, but none seem to address the
issue, and the copy-of idea brings up this error;
keyword xsl.copy-of may not be used in namespace
http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
Ah. We assumed that you were using XSLT rather than the
Microsoft-specific language known as WD-xsl. I'm afraid that we can't
help you with WD-xsl problems here; try the Microsoft newsgroups
instead, though I'd encourage you to upgrade to XSLT. See the MSXML
