Destination os would include linux-i386, win32 (windows 2000, NT4 and
XP) and solaris 2.6 and up.
You might want to post your question on the Xalan-C++ user list, because
there should be no reason why you can't build Xalan-C++ with the ICU. It
could be you're trying the wrong version, or you've just missed a step in
the configuration process. See:
