Hi Atul,
One way to achieve this is as follows.
I beleive you are allowed to use JavaScript.
You need to generate a Javascript method using XSL.
This java script method will be called on change of the first dropdown list.
This solution also assumes that your Second Dropdown list is a child in some
way to the first dropdown list
For example first dropdown list may be "State" elements and second dropdown
list may be "City" element of states.
