XSLT 1.0 doesn't allow you to choose between getting characters in their
native form and getting them as entities. Saxon has extensions to
provide you with this control, but I don't know if Xalan has.

Subject: [xsl] marked characters in html output (3rd attempt)
Hi.
When transforming (xerces I guess) and html outputting
marked characters "á" become entities "á"
is there anyway to avoid entitiens because I need the marked
characters in the html
