RE: XSL book recommendations

I consider Kay to be a definitive, must-have reference for 
anyone that does any serious amount of XSLT.  I just hope he 
can get it republished somewhere where he can actually get 
paid for it.

The book is being republished by Wiley's, and I'm expecting to get paid,
though there seems to be a lot of hassle in persuading the US taxman not
to rob me.
