1) Is this XMLSchema list?
2) mixed attribute is defined on "content model"
3) Why not look at specification?
4) Or simple yet- use XMLSpy or other XML IDE with intellisense...
5) Why not use XHTML schema?
more concrete:
<xs:element name="td">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:complexContent mixed="true">

Subject: [xsl] complexType mixed="true" - stupid question?
hi all
i am not sure if i got the complexType wrong or if my parser has a problem
with this. all i want to do is to define a type that allows this kind of
element:
<td class="text" align="left">here goes the content</td>
the schema part is like this:
<xs:element name="td">
<xs:complexType mixed="true">
<xs:attribute name="align" type="typeColumnAlign" use="optional"/>
<xs:attribute name="valign" type="typeColumnAlign" use="optional"/>
<xs:attribute name="nowrap" type="xs:string" use="optional"/>
<xs:attribute name="class" type="xs:string" use="optional"/>
<xs:attribute name="colspan" type="xs:integer" use="optional"/>
<xs:attribute name="rowspan" type="xs:integer" use="optional"/>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
the parser says, the schema is not valid.
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Schema error: Anonymous complexType: Type
'#21': The content of a mixed complexType must not be empty.
....
has anybody made the same experience or has an idea, why the schema is not
accepted by sax?
kind regards,
thomas brand
