program in their lives.
Surely most people coming from a developer background have used SQL at
some stage in their careers?
'Not equal' in SQL is '<>'. Another relatively well-known language that uses
'and' and 'or'
uses '<>' for inequality too. Is there any other language besides XSLT+XPath
that
uses both AND and '!='?
