You have had an enormous amount of information in response to your
postings, and I appreciate that it might be bewildering, but I suggest
you spend the weekend reading the answers carefully before you ask any
more questions. You are doing things that you have been specifically
advised not to do, and you are not doing the things that you have been
advised to do.
Stop tinkering with your source document and your stylesheet, and
instead try to find out why the browser is displaying your generated
HTML incorrectly. In particular, try to write HTML by hand that displays
correctly, and when that is working, try to find the differences between
that HTML and the HTML that is produced by your transformation output.

I don't understand anything, I tried with this entity

€ and I see always strange characters. I tried with
XML Spy and I see always the "?" character, changing encoding
to ISO-8859-1 , ISO-8859-15 and UTF-8 using MSXML parser. I
tried to do a PHP (Dom) server transformation and I see the
"â" character. I notice that after my transformation my IE is
in ISO West European codification and when I change this
manually I see exactly the "€" character.

I found the euro character in ISO-8859-15 so I change my XML

And then if i use ENTITY references if I define for example

me the #160 character from the table I have specified in
encoding attribute??? So, Is the set of characters important
to the encoding attribute? Spain works with ISO-8859-1 but I
can't found the euro character. So, I must change the table

I hope anybody can help me with this silly question.
I don't understand very well what kind of encoding I must
utilice. I live in Spain and I read that I must utilice
ISO-8859-1 characters and I put always in XML files the
