Add Single Quote Character in XSLT

Hello,

I need to add a Single Quote within a property where single quotes are used
to enclose the property value:

<xsl:value-of select="ms:format-date(@dt_to,'MMM-dd yy')"/>

Just before the yy, I'd like to add a single quote so 'yy

How is this accomplished?
