Is it possible to upgrade the web server to 2.0 XSLT? How does that work?
Should I point my host at a site somewhere?

The function encode-uri() is available in XSLT 2.0.

Hi,
I need a function in XSLT similar to ASP's:
Server.URLEncode
Has anyone seen reference to this on the net? I'd love it if
you could
share the link.
