RE: newline headaches in text output

I have resolved the issue.  It actually had nothing to do with the XSLT
processor.  It was an older version of Xerces (2.4.0 to be exact) that
was causing the issue.  Once I upgraded to Xerces 2.6.2 I was able to
generate the delimited files correctly with Xalan and Saxon from within
my Java application.
