I'm not sure, either. Respectfully, this change was made at the request
of a potential user and was done with notice, planning, and
in cooperation with other users. The modification makes the service
more useful to non-local and unknown public clients.
Thank you, Mr. Kay, for noticing though. It is you whom I credit for
what I have learned about XSLT. Your book, "XSLT Programmer's
Reference", has been invaluable to my professional education.
