possible to call apply-templates only for a specific attribute

Hi,

is it possible to select all elements which have a specific attribute 
value by calling apply-templates?
For example: can I modify this statement <xsl:apply-templates 
select="/PD/CHECKPOINTS/CHECKPOINT"/> to select only such elements that 
have an attribute @label='test'?
