but I kind of developed the habit to add things like the
following to my stylesheets:
but why? Apart from having it moan at you that * and node() conflict,
you could just get rid of the first template and have (as they have in
the xslt rec)
<xsl:template match="@*|node()"">
<xsl:copy>
<xsl:apply-templates select="@*|node()" />
</xsl:copy>
</xsl:template>
