Sorry but I can't post the complete stylesheet right now.
What I meant was,
make the single template that you did post into a
complete stylesheet just by adding xsl:stylesheet etc on it.
confirm that that small stylesheet does produce the output that you
stated on the input document that you posted, and post the results and
processor information etc that you get.
