No the other Sub system does not use XSLT

We have had situations in which the user by mistakes enters 
some special
characters and the xml parsing at the other end failed.

But that's not a problem when the XML is generated by an XSLT processor.

The cdata-section-elements attribute takes a whitespace-separated list
of
element names.
