I don't want namespace declaration in the xml file.
Any help would be appreciated.

XSLT spec's your daddy! <http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt#output>,
omit-xml-declaration attribute.
Sorry, answered the wrong question. (My excuse is that I got hit in the throat
at the dojo yesterday.) Anyhow, the spec's still you daddy!
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt#stylesheet-element>, exclude-result-prefixes
attribute.
