Not sure what you mean by "items right justified" but anything you can
do with a table in this case you should be able to do with list-block.
Where is this Ken's Book? Where
can I get a copy of it?
I am new to xsl and I am going to have to become very
familar with it so a book would be a good investment.

Also, you should be able to find a variety of FO books on Amazon or at
any well-stocked book store. Ken's is the only one I've looked at in any
depth but I know other people have found Dave Pawson's helpful.
Also, both Antenna House (www.antennahouse.com) and RenderX
(www.renderx.com) provide some helpful tutorial information at their sites.
