Thanks Colin for your reply.. I also felt so.. I feel
this is appropriate! I'll just compare this with the
Windows example I gave.. If I am running my PC as
Windows 2000(similar to using Saxon 8.1), I cannot
expect it to function as *Windows 98 only m/c*..
Overall everything seems fine.. Afterall its agreed by
so many WG members..
