I am not 100% sure. I am just learning XML and XSLT so I don't know
to much, sorry.
I do have another question...how can I have the network addresses
sorted descending? When I try adding "order=descending" to each sort
i get no output.

I didn't think any xslt2 engine other than saxon really claimed to have
anything like full conformance at the present time. Does their xslt2
engine really work?
