Marco,
from your example I take it you mean you have multiple division elements,
each of which has 1 <employees> element. The sample I posted should handle
that. I suspect your confusion arises from thinking that an Path expression
brings back just 1 node; it *can* bring back just 1 node, but usually it
returns a set, just like in SQL.
