Demitre, I suspect you already know the answer, written using a very
compact stylesheet, that executes in a faster time that anything I could
produce, on a slower machine that mine, without using extensions ;-)

Yes, I have a solution and I know of a better solution, which will run
even faster and will not use any extensions.
