Does anyone know of a XSL implementation (commercial, free, or
open-source)
that implements the keep-together property with an integer value? Many
of
the implementations implement keep-together="always" but do not process
integer values.
I really want to be able to specify an integer value so that long
program
listings can get broken across a page but short ones will cause a page
break.
Now, to shorten that list to possibly zero, I'd like that same
implementation
to support MathML! Never satisfied... :)
